Sweet soft yellow open faced blooms that are wonderful cut flowers. Chantilly snapdragons are bred for short-day production.

The flowers are edible and add a colorful garnish for use in salads, desserts, and drinks. The flavor is floral and slightly bitter, so use sparingly.
