potted berry plants are available in spring, however will need to be treated with care and watered adequately and regularly while the roots become established in your garden, if you are in a warmer climate and it is already hot there, it may be best to wait for winter dormant berry plants, so the berries have the best chance of becoming established before the warm weather and then they will have a better chance of thriving in your climate.
Not all the berries will be ready at the same time, and some sell out incredibly quickly when stock is added, different berry plants will be topped up over winter as they are ready.
